To lead and coordinate comprehensive tobacco control efforts across Punjab by:

• Strengthening enforcement of tobacco control laws and policies.
• Promoting smoke-free environments in public and private spaces.
• Reducing tobacco use through education, advocacy, and behavior-change communication.
• Building capacity of government departments and partners for effective implementation.
• Monitoring emerging products, industry tactics, and compliance through data-driven approaches.
• Protecting present and future generations from the health, social, and economic burdens of tobacco.
